Dr. Ted Teknos

President and Scientific Director
University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center

Dr. Ted Teknos is president and scientific director of the Seidman Cancer Center at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, and Deputy Director of the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center. He is also a clinical professor in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.

In his role as scientific director, Dr. TeknosÂ oversees research efforts for University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center. Prior to this position, he held roles at the National Cancer Institute, Michigan Medicine, and the University of Michigan Medical Center.

Dr. Teknos received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School. He completed his residency in otolaryngology at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, and did a fellowship in head and neck oncology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is board-certified in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery.
