Julie Bulger is the manager of patient and family-centered care at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center in Nashville, TN.

Bulger graduated from Humboldt State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. She went on to serve as executive director of Hands on Nashville, director of volunteer services at the YWCA, and director of volunteers at St. Luke’s Community House.

She joined Vanderbilt University as a volunteer coordinator in 2006, and then moved into her current role in 2018.
